can vegetables nutritional value

do those can vegetables have the same nutritional value and are as healthy as the natural ones? I was considering to use can veggies for my salads
and save time since I'm always in a rush between work and school, thank you.

In a word - no. Ideally, a canned vegetable would. But it's a question of the time since it was picked and then put into storage. That said even some fresh fruit and vegetables you'll see in the supermarket might have been kept chilled and in storage for months.

The best way is to grow your own.

One recent development is natural pickles. Enzymes are said to help age suggestion.

Why not get fresh veggies? Those canned veggies most probably will have less nutritional value because all these minerals that they have will get depleted over time....

Canned vegetables have the same nutritional value as fresh vegetables but they have a higher sodium content since sodium is added as a natural preservative.

I have no problem with canned veggies at all. Especially during the winter months. Canned vegetables will have much higher nutritional value then fresh product that is imported from across the world.

Canned vegetables are canned right on the farm. The canning process preserves all the vitamins/minerals in the vegetables.
