Yes, even I think that there is a connection between hair loss and steroids. My friend takes Steroids, when he started he was doing vry good. However, after few days his hairs were thick and then it started falling. Now he is completely bald as he don't like thick hairs.

So steroid consumption is really harmeful for your hair and scalp!

I really don't believe that steroids causes any hair loss. According to Dr. Micheal Borkin MD. Having too much testosterone in your veins and going through stressful situations both mental and physical can cause the testosterone to convert to cortisol and estrogen!!! These two motherfuckers are the culprits that made your friend's hair disappear and not testosterone! He still has his balls don't he? LOL
Your friend was apparently injecting way too much for it to occur in a matter of days!

Genetics? Don't you mean heredity? I'm the only baldy in the entire family and steroids had nothing to do with it. MY HAIRLOSS WAS CAUSED BY UNDUE STRESS ON THE JOB.
I HAD A FEELING THAT IT WAS BEING DONE BY THOSE TWO HORMONES, BUT AT THE TIME TOO DAMN STRESSED OUT TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

I wished that steroids had caused my hair loss, I would sleep better at night. I lost my hair before taking any steroid. I know now it was caused by too much stress on the job and an overflow of cortisol. I'll be heading to Bosley within next year with whats left.
