Can someone setup up a first cycle?

can someone design a cycle for a friend who is a first-timer. he is 6'1" ~195 with 20% BF. he wants to be 200 with ~12-13%BF. i recommended deca/eq/winny, what about you guys? what should he use to combat the sides? his budget is ~$800, so keep that in mind. thanks.

week 6-12 winny@50mg/day
week 1-10 clen (2weeks on/2weeks off)
week 1-12 Armidex@1mg eod

Clomid afterwards.

Might want to add in some anavar in the begining too.

First timer doesn't need 3 drugs.

Should have some test in there.

How about test and eq for 8-10 weeks. Run the test a week past the EQ and then start clomid 2 weeks after last enanthate shot. Maybe 250mg of test per week and 300-400mg of EQ a week.

Your friend want to lose body fat so his diet is VERY important.


Even though he has $800 doesn't mean he has to spend it all.

Anyone else have suggestions.

Sk* suggestion is also solid. If he decides to use clens, use ECA during the 2 weeks breaks.

Definitely clomid...and definitely use arimidex till you are done with the clomid therapy.

I really don't understand why people that respond to this are giving you cycles w/20 different drugs in it! WTF!!! All u need is one aas for your first time! Maybe two. Why not take advantage and grow w/the least possible that will make u grow the most?

All he needs if test:

400mg/wk Test weeks 1-10

Or:

250mg/wk Test weeks 1-9
300mg/wk Eq Weeks 1-10

ofcourse both followed by clomid and also have some nolv of arimi on hand.

He'll grow like a weed while keeping sides to a minimum!

I was gonna say pretty much the same, but you could substite deca for the EQ. And dont forget your clomid

Sorry, it's not "basically" the same. Take a look! I'm telling you to take 400mg of a aas per week and if you were to go manny's route you'd be taking almost 1300mg of aas per week which is way too much for a newbie IMO.

the amounts werent what i was worried about, just which drugs to use. of course i wouldnt have him take that much aas...i have been out of this seen for a while cause i have been busy at the hospital, so i am not aware of which drugs everyone is recommending.

Go with Maxx's option - much saner dosage - no need to come close to 1 gram.

If you really want to up the power substitute fina at 75mg EOD for the equipoise (you could even go 37.5mg ED if he isn't adverse to daily injections).
