I am a 28 year old male. I got these tests done because basically I have no interest in sex, no assertiveness etc. I attribute this to a multitude of things. Stress, anthrax shots from the Marine Corps etc. Well here are my results. My test is super low

thats pretty low bro. looks like you would be a good candidate for trt. my bloods were pretty bad too but it will improve once you get on. even your lipid profile should improve. are you sleeping ok? you might want to take red yeast rice too for the ldl..

Thanks. For the reply . I sleep terrible have the hardest time falling asleep.
I also took zoloft for a couple years which may explain
Part of the low t problem. Should I see a trt clinic or go to
A specialist or what? Any recommendations?

How long ago was your last cycle or round of prohormones?

Wow! svtmassa.

How are you feeling at the moment? Like shite I imagine.

I'm not a doctor but it looks like you've got secondary hypogonadism for sure. You actually, might have primary and secondary hypogonadism, but only more tests will validate this. Your LH response seems totally muted. Usually, we'd expect to see really high values of LH with a low T level like yours but the LH is also very low. This might indicate a problem with a malfunctioning pituitary gland. Basically, your pituitary gland sends the signal to your testes (leutinising hormone) to produce testosterone. However, your lab results show this to not be the case. If your nuts weren't working properly your pituitary would be sending loads of LH out to instruct the testes to respond in kind. On the contrary though, we see instead that the pituitary isn't sending hardly anything at all.

If your testosterone count was within range then the low LH would be considered healthy and justifiable. Since your T level is far from normal range, the LH should be higher than normal. This is not happening in your instance. You definately need to get this investigated and treated asap. The treatment is usually the same in either a Primary or Secondary type of hypogonadism: Testosterone replacement. Nevertheless, if it is secondary hypogonadism (I aren't 100% sure obviously) you may need an MRI scan to make sure your pititary gland isn't being obstructed in some way.

Whatever. I urge you not to leave it as it is. Any doctor, with even the least amount of knowledge, will be ordering further tests and probably even intiate immediate relieving therapy (e.g. test. gel)

Please keep us all updated. Best wishes..

Craig
