I don't see how he is any more than 10%.. he is skin and bones to me. no fat or muscle on his frame

needs to eat and focus on compound lifts

That's what's wrong with majority of teens who claim to "train" they think if their abs are showing that they are a bodybuilder. Eat like everyday is thanksgiving & train like a mofo!
