Can some one please help me find a meal plan sheet were I can put my meals?

I need like a form or a sheet were I can put all my 6 meals for the day and the calories fat carbs protein for each and then the days totals can any1 help me find something like that so I can keep my log more organized I have a mess of handwritten papers that looks hideous inside a spiral notebook with half torn pages. Its driving me nuts.K for any1 that can help me find that. ;)

you could use Microsoft Excel if you have it. It works great and once you get the rows set up to calculate everything you want, all you have to do is copy and paste that day and then just change things up for that day.

You can go to microsoft.com, and find a bunch of pre maid templates, that have to do with diet and exercise. They are also free to download.

Have a look at fitday.com and see if that suits your needs!

I also use an excel spread sheet. I make a workbook for the entire week, with a database page which has everything I ever eat. I enter every food items cals, carbs, pro, fats, and fiber per serving, then I have a multiplier field so that all i do is copy from the database and paste onto the day/meal and change the multiplier to reflect 1 or more (or less) servings. I even have it set up to tell me my macro ratios.

It looks liek I am going to have to learn how to use excel lol.Radar the Fitday thing seems like they dont have exactly what I want for the foods I am using Calorie King for my Calorie Counter and its awesome and so simple to use.But will look into Fitday again see if I can figure it out.
