I need like a form or a sheet were I can put all my 6 meals for the day and the calories fat carbs protein for each and then the days totals can any1 help me find something like that so I can keep my log more organized I have a mess of handwritten papers that looks hideous inside a spiral notebook with half torn pages.Its driving me nuts.K for any1 that can help me find that.
