Can I walk for 20 min on a bulk diet?

To keep the heart in shape and keep some of the water retention down? Don't start burning fat till after the 20 mins and I could eat the extra 100-200 calories to make it up.

Walking for 20 minutes wont do anything.

Dont do cardio at all espeially on a bulking diet. Cardio will waste away your muscles.

Try sled dragging instead-burns fat and builds leg muscles at the same time
 
just have carbs beforehand, mmm, italian pastries have lots of carbs.... enjoy, coz you won't be able to have them on your next cutting cycle....

I disagree. 20 minutes of brisk walking can make quite a bit of difference. Plus, many people dont do a lot of walking during the day,m due to their jobs and such.
 
I think 20 minutes of walking is definitely worth while... it will prevent you from putting on excess fat... especially if you do it post workout of first thing in the morning. Your not going to burn off your muscles walking for 20 minutes, its so low intesity. Plus its aweful when you finish bulkin and hop on a piece of cardio equipment to find out you have no energy after 10 minutes...
 
I think it's ok. Long as you don't do it on days that you lift or in the am on an empty stomach. Just make sure you're taking some glutamine and/or bcaas.
 
I walk 5 days a week, but im not on a full out bulk cycle. I would recomend it though, its not like your gonna be burning muscle.

to strengthen you heart as you say. you need to to at least 20 minutes of aerobc exercsie in a row.

ii'd def say incline treadmill at not too high a pace is good for ya.but once again to recieve an aerobuc benefit for your heart i'd have to be 3 times a week at least.
