to answer your questions...yes clen is great on its own...im using it now only...i would do the same amount of cardio that you normally do and use low carbs, high protien...personally i found out that muscle milk works great with clen
Thinking about using only clenbuterol to loose some fat. I’m about 11% bf at the moment & would like shed about 4-10lbs. Can I get away with using clen on its own & not loose any muscle. Also should I add more cardio to my training? Should I make any diet changes. Currently I’m on a maintenance diet.
I just got some liquid clenbuterol HCL 120mcg/ml 30ml .....need some advice on how to take it. I have been looking over the other forums and have an idea on duration just need to know how many drops per day? and if i take too much, can i take too much?...dont wanna get all f@%*ed up on this stuff.....any suggestions thanks for all the help
you definiely CAN take too much. start at 40mcg PD and bump it up 10 PD (or 20 every other day) to 80 -100 (some go as high as 120 mcg) or until the sides get to be too much (the shakes , headaches, heart palpatations etsc) . 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Don't take it in the afternoon or you'll never get to sleep. Also,its a good idea to keep an eye on what your blood pressure is doing whiel taking it.
As far as the anabolic effects of clen, have used it alone myself I tend to doubt there are any. I don't think its catabolic beyond what calorie restricted diet is but I never found it to improve my strength.
