Can I mix different BCAA's?

I ran out of both money, and BCAA's, so some friends of mine in the gym all contributed with a little bit of their own BCAA's, and they actually have almost filled my bottle of BCAA. THere is only one thing that I am not sure of - is it ok to mix several BCAA products all together? The taste is a bit strange, but it is ok....

Perfectly fine. It would be similar to taking a scoop of protein powder from a bunch of different tubs and combing it into one tub. The flavour might be slightly weird but it's perfectly fine to combine different BCAA supplements.

The problem with most flavoured BCAA products is that they contain a lot of sugar and artificial flavours/sweeteners to flavour the product. Try gear from n2bm.com for your next BCAA supplement. It is a capsulated product so there are no sugars or artificial flavours/sweeteners added.

In terms of its properties, it is perfectly fine to mix different BCAA's, so I would not worry about it. Just use the right dosage. The taste will indeed be weird, but given your situation, it should be bearable. After all, your friends gave you the BCAA for free!
