I am 5'7'' 190lbs @17%bf.My last 2 cycles I was eating around 3500- 4000caloriesI gained about 45 pounds between the 2 cycles but alot of it was fat.I was wondering if I ate around 2800 calories clean I would make good gains.I am planning on eating 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight.After my last 2 cycles I dont feel like I need all those extra calories as long as I am getting enough protein.I would rather gain 10 solid pounds than 25 pounds of chub.What do you guys think?Any opinions are appreciated.
