so I'm trying to get my bf down......was eating turkey burgers religiously but now I'm gonna switch over to chicken an fish. how many carbs you think I should be taking in? My body is like craving the shit out of carbs so bad but I've been resisting and eating under 100-150max carbs daily. today is my off day though and I'm bout to pound 2.5 cups of mexican rice so excited lol. i been hitting my abs everyday at the end hitting cardio atleast 5days a week. I'm thinking if I took a water pill in about two weeks I'd really pop. how do you guys do it?
