YES, it WILL help! I would also do cardio for longer than 20 min. since it takes time for serious fat burning to get going. Instead of doing two 20.min cardio sessions try one 60min. of cardio on an empty stomach in the morning. Get up, take an ECA/ECY stack and 20-30 protein in water, wait 30 min. and then you start your cardio. Keep the intensity low/moderate if you want the most of the energy taken from fat. The more intense, the more the body will have to break down glucose and amino acids for energy.
This has helped me alot and together with a good diet you will see results.
