Can anyone advise on Depot birth control for me?

i looked into the ring too but was a bit turned away when they had told me that it may come out from time to time and that i could put it back in myself!..

I've never even come close to having a "falling out" issue with the ring. I suspect it's very rare. :)

thats what i would think because it is inserted so far up there..
i am getting my minerva removed due to the fact that the mid wife who talked to me about it and inserted it knew that i had problems with depo never told me about it and now i am having the same problems that i did with depo..they want me to do the non hormonal IUD but i am all set with removing this one and putting another one in right after, it is a bit discomforting!!!
so i am thinking of the ring.

Why doesn't she like the pill?

She's a bit of a country girl and doesn't like taking any types of pill at all, she turns her nose up at my daily Policosanol :worried:

Saying that she is totally cool with me and steroids so go figure!?!?

Interesting she'd be more open to a shot instead of a pill. If that was the criteria for choosing Depo, I hope she is well aware of the sides mentioned above....
