Can a mod/admin please tell us who is closing the Omega threads?

As it was discussed in LENGTH when I was a mod, when a thread is closed there needs to be a reason otherwise it is pointless AND any mod/COTB that is personally involved in a thread SHOULD NEVER take action in that thread.

As per my knowledge it was SOP among moddie mods to say "I closed it, here's why".

Digger enforced this aggressively and led by example, so I doubt it is him.
