Hmm...I train calves 2x per week.
Sunday: Standing Calf raises
either 3 sets of 15 of 3-4 sets of 5.
I also usually do some sort of car push, harness pull, tire flip,etc...that uses the calves to.
Wednesday: Seated Calf Raises
3-4 sets of 25 with 15 sec rest between sets
Standing Calf Raises
Bodyweight x 20 x 3 sets
Reverse Calf Raises
BW x 15 x 2 sets
