stevesmi Head Mod Elite Moderator Jul 28, 2017 #2 did you change your shoes? proper fitting shoes and shoes that aren't old are crucial with running you also could have pulled that lower part of your calf. take a few days off and get back in slowly and run barefoot and i bet you will feel better
