Ripped2Shredds New member Jan 14, 2007 #2 I'm doign the same... 1) Find your Basal Metabolic Rate http://www.internetfitness.com/calculators/bmr.htm 2) Add in yrou activity level 3) Subtract 200 caloreis and work yoru way to 500 calorie subtraction. I am eatgin 2500 calories for 10 weeks. Good luck, continue reasearching!
