calories in 500 grams of chicken

hi bros, I just started following my caloric intake for my diet and I was wondering how many calories are there in 500 gm of chicken which want I'm supposed to have daily
 
depends on what kind of chicken we are talking about.. if you get chicken drenched in gravy and fried then its going to be more obviously.

if you are getting a plain chicken breast 500 grams would be about 700-800 calories with very little carbs.

people are under the false impression that meat does not have calories, it does. if you want to lose weight, you need to simply eat less.
 
It's a really hard question to answer because the calories will be very different depending on if you are eating white meat or dark meat, and if you are eating skinless chicken or chicken with the skin on.

raw, uncooked chicken breast is about 100-110 calories per 100 grams, so it would be about 500-550 calories in this case
