Calorie Depleting while on a CUTTING cycle.....How low do you go?

My diet got very strict this week and I have counted my cals for the past 4 days and I seem to be averaging about 1300-1500 per day. Im wondering if this is too low even with 750mg test and 400mg EQ.
 
that seems WAY LOW.....I'm 3 weeks from a show and average 2800 cals a day.......everyone is different but it takes that many cals (if not more) just for your body to funcion during the day, let alone work out and do cardio.....
 
im getting the water in. Im sorry, I just recalculated and forgot to add the cals in from the natty PB which is at least another 600.
 
everybody's different in my opinion. I have a super slow metabolism, and used to be seriously obese thoughout my childhood and teenage years. Personally, 1500 cals is my perfect cutting diet, 2500 cals for me is enough to add lean mass, over 3000 and I am turning into a fat ass!!! Good Luck whatever u decide!:D
 
For my last contest at nationals, I got DOWN to 1500 calories and that was for a 119 pound weight :) I don't see how someone wouldn't just melt away muscle at a bodyweight of a man with that many calories. :)
 
7-10 X bodyweight in keto style diet is doing good for me with fatloss. :)

Cardio whenever I can, nothing puts that extra weight off like cardio.

is 10 x bw to many calories??? 75 mg FINA ed.... Do you guys adjust for training... i get gym activity everyday, sometimes just 40 minutes cardio, other days cardio and weigth training
 
theres an interesting arcticle with cutler in this month's FLEX. he says that he only goes below 200-300 maintenance calories to cut fat. i think going 1500 is WAY to low. how do you stave off hunger with that many calories, let alone cravings?

All about willpower with me. It becomes to retain muscle at that rate though.

q1) what is a good number to multiply you body weight by to get your cutting calories....

q2) should I add calories to make up for what I use during a workout (s)????
 
a.m cardio preferably jump rope for 20 minutes in sets of 100 then rest a minute on empty stomach and 50mg effedrine.

fat will shed in front of your fuckin eyes!

i'm down from 11% to 9% in 3 weeks doing that shit as my only source of cardio.

surely my diet is strict, sustanon for muscle sparing, and proper training.
 
It's all about knowing at what level of calories your body starts eating up lean mass like a Pacman.

Everyone is different, I have gained muscle on 2000 calories per day.

DIAL TONE: 7 x bw.... THAT IS BAD@SS

This week I iwll try 8 x Bw and see how that works out, if things go well I will shoot for 7... How much protein per pound bw do you shoot for????
