calorie deficit on cycle

I am trying to establish a new diet plan, on tren/test/anavar/eq. I want to strip Fat without sacrificeing the gains I have been making. Can I run 500 calories under with high protein/moderate carbs and still make good muscle gains. I don't need the huge gains I have been making( but it doesnt feel right saying that), want to slam out the rest of this stubborn spare tire. I am around 14% but have that stuborn chunk of fat around my waist. I am working 6 10 hour days and have cut out my morning cardio because I walk all day. I lift 3 days a week pretty standard spilt(last 2 years). I started 2 years ago at 295 and 46% BF and am now 245 at 14%. This last bit is driving me nuts!! By most calcs I shouyld be running between 1800-2000 calories a day to be at 500 deficit. I have been eating around 5000 and gaining very little fat. My goal was to build more muscle to help me burn it later( more muscle/higher metabolism). Now I am just rambling,but what do yall think. Will I still build muscle at a moderate pace and lose fat, or am I wasteing my cycle and should diet after. Thanks to all that take the time.
 
My diet varies alot, but calories are very adjustable. Every breakfast is a shake, eggs and toast can be added if going higher calorie. at 9:00 is a can of tuna, lunch is a wrap with chicken or turkey sandwich. afternoon break is apple or banana dinner varies a whole lot with homemade hamburger helper or pasta. before bed is a shake that can vary from either truemass with oats,milk or zerocarb with water depending on what i am shooting for. I can do anything with diet, just not sure if it wastes the cycle to diet low while on. Cost of cycle doesn't matter only the end result.
 
I've dropped fat and added muscle with a simple test and tren ace cycle.My diet was 450grams of protein,150grams of carbs and 60grams of fat.
 
I don't know anything about stereroids but I imagine it won't make a difference, and you can't effectively burn fat and build muscle at the same time.

I would pick one or the other and do it.

to the original question:

If I were you... I'd eat more. You are 250 and i eat more than you if i was dieting at 230... I dont' think your feeding the furnace.

And your diet seems like you eat whatevers around... if you want guaranteed results it takes ALOT of time to prep food for 3-4 days, ect

and fitday'ing everything you eat and then tweaking from there.

By the vary vague diet you listed, i have no idea really... could be all processed junk for all I know. You need a menu/diet overhaul IMO.

YOU CAN effectively lose fat and gain muscle while on gear. For everyone the numbers will be different. I'm 5'10 200LBS.I'm currenly on EQ and test 600/500. Fat is melting off and muscle is building. I'm eating clean about 2500cals/day. tuna/chicken/turkey breast, oats and brown rice for carbs. I dont eat carbs between 5pm and 3am. And eat lots of low starch veggies. Fat will come off while gaining weight. Today I'm adding 1500 cals/day through a weight gainer. I was at 2500 cals b y accident. I thought i was consuming more, but after doing the math.....

Jeebus, are you sure about that?

That is what I eat on a comp diet and I am a 150 lb woman.

If you have been eating 5000 kcals, I wouldn't drop the calories that much.

You can take about 20% off your current diet and not throw your body into one of those shock 'starvation modes'.
