California to get OTC syringes

Can you just get pins OTC in most states? Shit, I've been getting them off th e net, figured you had to have a script to get them, but posession wasn't illegal. Anybody know anything about WA state?

In NY I just go to the pharmacy. $5 for 10 syringes. no script needed.
