i have searched all over google on this and i think this is a soleus problem....possibly a "compartment syndrome", but i'm not sure.....maybe someone with more knowledge can tell a little better?
the pain is a pulling type of pain.....its in the right leg, lower calf, on the outside, more in the middle if you are looking straight into my leg from the side. but it the pain rolls a little upward and around towards the front when i twist it right.
the pain is persistant, but it's really really bad if i bend down like a squat, then when i lift back up, the pain is almost unbearable .....i almost fall down when i do that.
i'll attempt to post this pic....the circle is where the pain is concentrated....the arrows show where the pain rolls during certain movements.....its nearing a week now and its not getting any better....maybe just slightly worse
