Calcium suppliment with no carbs?????

I hoped someone could suggest a calcium suppliment that has 0 carbs?

As you all know milk is loaded with carbs & though most cheese isn't too bad on carbs, on low carb diets you tend to get plugged up anyway without eating cheese to make matters worse (i.e. I'd ideally like to poop out things smaller than Volkswagons).

Thanks in advance ; )

Cheers

There's pills... broccoli has calcium and is very healthy, though it does have some carbs. Algaes and seeweed apparently also has calcium.

I do eat some broccoli, spinach, califlower, celery & in moderation you can even have a little tomato & certain other stuff, but I don't think I'm getting close to the RDA of calcium. I wonder what the calcium pills are derived from???? If dairy/whey, then surely there are carbs???

Anybody have calcium pills with an indication on the label????

If ay body has calcium pills/chewables with a label indicating carb content or even what the stuff is derived from I'd be interested in knowing---I looked on some labels in the store, but none gave any indication???

BTW, thanks GB for privating me about this:
There is a brand of Soymilk called "Carb Fit" (www.carbfit.com) sweetened with Splenda. A 1 cup serving has 30% of the RDA of calcium, but only 3 carbs (0 net carbs). May be pricey, but might be best source for low carb calcium input---& would be a lot easier to deal with than chalky pills.

Cheers
