Did you lose a significant amount of strength during your weight loss and diet? A friend of mine competes in natural shows starts out at 175lbs and diets down to 143lbs. He is only 5'4" tall. He tends to lose strength and endurance. What is your off season body fat percentage?
 
the last 2-3 weeks i noticed my endurance really drop. strength was up and down depending on my food intake. if i trained a little after a meal i was great, but anything over an hour and a half and i would weaken too much.

offseason before i started cutting i was hovering around 10%. i dont get too fat normally. still gotta kindof look the part of a bodybuilder for the most part year round. job requirements. cant train people to be thin if i am fat. LOL.

i weighed about 173 when i started manipulating my diet at 8 weeks out. from there i dropped like a rock about 2lbs a week.
