Ok, so how is rhetoric a threat to the United States? We dealt with Soviet communism and they not only had the rhetoric but the political movement as well as the nukes to follow through with their threats. Interesting, How many Americans have been killed outside of southwest asia by terrorists supported by Iran? Iran supports regional terrorism because they want to be a regional power. If the United States wants to play in the region then we have to deal with regional politics....and terrorism is the politics of the region.
