which is absolute BS ! I'm telling you , they're always doing shit like that ! just absolute BS ! Besides, u shoot and kill one of there police dogs you're going to be charged with murder on a cop !

Well yea no shit, police dogs are officers. They're trained not to bite unless commanded to. The dog lunged at the officer twice. No matter what he would be screwed. Punch the dog, kick, mace and God forbid he tase the damn thing.
So someone killing a police dog should receive the same punishment as killing a human being? You're a moron if you think so. The cops could've been civil and let the man put his dog away properly seeing as how he never resisted.
But you're a cop in CA, am I right?

That kind of cop is the same type of cop who would shoot a scared, lost Autistic kid to death, which they've already done a few times. This time, they thought they could get away with harassing a Black citizen again, and the plot backfired on them bigtime.
