I generally hit right below my nipples. BUt I have never lift in a shirt so once I get to using one I may see that I need to change. Thanks for all the help guys.
dont forget the Fury.....every single person i know is getting awesome results with this shirt, it just takes about 10-12 weeks to get one. open back, so its easy on and easy off
