Is there is a supplements in Walmart than contains ephedra, but also some other ingredients I believe it's for asthma, is it ok to take it for weight even it contains other ingredients?

You can legally purchase ephedrine as a nasal decongestant. It will be sold under the brand name 'Bronkaid'. It will be kept behind the counter at the pharmacy so you will need to ask for it but it doesn't require a prescription.
