buy or not dermacrine or RS Transaderm still good?

Hey guys
Can something like this product help to somebody with low test levels to boost free and total testosterone?
I'm considering to use this stuff after my test is low according to a serum testosterone level test, I know the best option would be using the actual test but I don't myself pinning, I would to burn a few bullets before jumping to the real deal.

After the 2014 pro-hormone ban, all the good pro-hormones and topical products like RS transderm are now illegal. All that's left on the market are weak DHEA products that are pretty much useless.

You basically have 2 options.

Also could be the case of the old bottle still in stock, but as you said - I would be cautious about it
