Burst blood vessel in eye while on anavar

Hi there

I've been on a lowish dose of anavar (35mg/day) for 6 months with small breaks of a couple of days between cycles. I the protandim which my doctor is crediting with keep my liver levels well within healthy range. I had my blood pressure checked a few weeks ago and it was good.

I woke up today with a burst blood vessel in my eye - first i've ever had in my life. I know this can be a sign of high blood pressure and wondering if there is a likely link between the two.

I also had some trouble removing a contact lens last night so there could ask be a link there.

thanks for any input!

The problem is likely running an oral for 6 months straight with "a small break of a couple days" in between "cycles".

People generally avoid taking any oral for more than 4 weeks. People also generally avoid running any cycle for longer than 12-14 weeks unless they're balls deep in the game.

6 months on var could be anything... I've run var for 8 weeks but was doing strength training and throwing around 325-500 lbs and 1200 leg press ..

so waking up after a long sleep??

have you had your cholesterol checked.. I'd love to see how low your HDL is after that long on anavar..

i'd say see a doc get a full physical with blood work.. but under no circumstances tell him you are taking a medical steroid..

I only take celltech

just cause your doc checks your blood pressure and says its normal doesn't mean it is and vice versa. most docs don't even know how to check for bp, most nurses don't either. the proper way to check is rarely done in a doctors office.. i went to 2 doctors in a 2 day span before and got 50 point variances in readings. one doctor used a wrist monitor which is completely innacurate, the other checked it manually which is done correctly is as close to accurate as you are gonna get.

my second point is why would you run any oral that long.. orals have more sides than injectables for the most part... cycle off and give your body a rest otherwise bad things can happen!

I'm away right now but will get blood work done next week when I'm home. I'll reduce when I'm taking in the meantime.

I've always been very healthy in terms of blood, cholesterol, etc, as recently as a few weeks ago but I agree it's time to get everything updated.

Should i reduce exercise until I see what's happening? i hope i'm not in any imminent danger.
