burning belly fat

testionate

New member
I'm currently on 180 mg test c/week and 500 i/u of HCG twice/week and am in the gym with trainer 1 hour/day 3 days/week. I want to burn 20-25 lbs of BF asap. I know more work in the gym will help, but can I add anything that will maximize my efforts? More test? Tren? Serious question. Thanks in advance for your replies.

Carb cycling works very well as does doing 5 minutes of HIIT 30 second intervals directly following lifting to send a huge GH surge...

I am not a big cardio fan, I feel you can get better results by doing fast paced volume training to get your heart rate up and then constantly increasing the weight by small amounts each time, or adding a set of bench step ups directly after finishing a set/sets to keep heart rate elevated...

IMHO, elevated heart rate from lifting weights or doing some combination or both gives much better results than elevated heart rate from cardio alone...

53 yrs old, 6', 242 lbs. Stubborn belly fat is what's pissin me off. Want it gone quick, then willing to maintain to keep it off. Just don't want to take 6 months to achieve goal if possible.

with males the last place we usually store our fat is in the belly.. so to reduce belly fat you must keep on dropping your totally body fat. there is no easy solution to accomplish this. that would be sweet if there was.

luckily I put together a nice little NON SUPPRESSIVE fat shredder stack.. it won't shut you down like steroids will. get on this program and you will get nice results in 8 weeks http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/a...edder-stack-non-suppressive-safe-1279153.html

quick = problems!

If you have stubborn belly that just wont seem to go away its likely due to adrenal fatigue and an underfunctioning thyroid.

Please dont tell me your thyroid is fine based on lab work, it means nothing, especially since you are exhibiting a slew of symptoms that indicate otherwise.

You need to start supplementing for optimal thyroid and body function then losing the fat wont be difficult at all.

Check out this thread for a fairly decent discussion on the issue.

I've also used cheat days to reset leptin and raise your metabolic rate from the huge surplus of calories and then do a 24-36 hour fast combined with dosing 3g of Mucunca Pruriens powder along with 3g of Citrulline Malate and 3g of Arginine at night and again first thing in the morning to send GH levels soaring to increase fat burning even more...

You can drop body fat VERY quickly if you do this correctly and train properly...

Best advice.. It took me like 3-4 months to go from 12% BF to about 9% while on Test Tren and an immaculate diet just as a reference point, people just don't want to hear that it takes a lifestyle change mostly in the diet department.. But as Steve listed I'd do a little GW stack to lose a lot of that fat before jumping on some more serious shit

Build muscle. Carnatine before workout. 20 min cardio after every workout.Build muscle. Sprints once a week and lift heavy 5 days a week. Build muscle. Dont drop your calories too much. Build muscle.

The best way to burn belly fat is the same way you burn body fat overall...nutrition. You can work yourself to death, but without a proper diet, your cutting your knees out from under you.

You need a high protein diet bro, with minimun carbs and fat. 50% protein, 25% carbs and 25% fat will do the trick.

But still, that is not enough.

You will also need to run a calorie deficit. You will need to determine your maintenance calorie level while factoring in working out. An active male who works out about 5 days a week and weighs 242lbs will need to consume approximately 3500 calories to maintain weight.

Then, subtract 500 calories for every 1 pound of body fat you want to lose per week. I say that because the general rule of thumb is that it takes a 500 calorie deficit, per day, to lose one pound per week.

3500 calories - 1500 calories leaves you with 2000 daily calories, running at 50% protein, 25% carbs and 25% fats, while working out 5 days a week, you should AVERAGE 3lbs of body fat loss per week...SAFELY!

Good luck!

Yea, its funny how I logged and measured for for nearly a year, avoiding processed food and sticking to meats, veggies, fruits and nuts. WOrked out with various cardio modes as well as weights 5 days a week. I gained some muscle and lost some fat but never got to low teens for BF%. played around with calories and either overtrained and crashed with loss of strength/endurance or started to gain fat. Fat loss was at a standstill and so was strength gains! No amount of discipline was getting me to where I should have been with strict diet and exercise. Keep in mind im not new to this game and have been lifting most of the last 28 years.

Once I started to shore up nutritional gaps with supplementation on less than a clean diet and fewer workouts per week fat is melting off. My problem, which is a lot more common than most admit was not in the gym not the kitchen. It was nutritional deficiencies causing sub optimal functioning of hormonal system.

Fast after cheat days? Where do I find these supplements and what will they do to my current regimen of 20 mg GW split dose/day and 3 TestStack/day? It was suggested that I follow that formula to a tee.

Helpful info. Thanks!

The fat burn game is slow, that is until you throw in stimulants and t3 but then your going down a dangerous road.

Slight deficit, carb cycle, heavy cardio, and lift like a beast. Rinse and repeat.

I see alot of bb use t3. How detrimental are small dosages of t3? Is it only really dangerous when you use synthetic t3 as opposed to Armour t3?

It's dangerous when you pair t3 and stimulants. Heart rate can go up and out of control.
