Does anyone drink bulletproof coffee? I was wondering if it was a good idea to start drinking bulletproof regularly I have read a little on it and it seems quite promising. What do you guys think?
a lot of marketing hype using keto and using cherry picked studies that show coffee helps you think better etc.
obviously marketing works if you are posting this. the reality is you don't need to take anything to think better and perform better in the gym. get proper sleep, eat healthy and you will perform your best
