When I train my abs they get bulky. I want abs that look flat, how do i prevent the "bulk" I don't use any weights when I train them. I usually do leg lifts and crunches. Any suggestions?
When you do crunches, are you pressing your navel to your spine? Press it flat, and exhale as you come up, pressing your stomach flat. Then when you inhale, breathe with your diaphragm, still pressing your stomach flat.
