Bulking with Test 500

Hi guys,

Just about to start a 12 week bulk with test 500. Not sure where i am bf% wise but my abs are just not visible, everywhere else is lean as.

Anyway question is with my bulking diet, should i try and keep it clean as to not add anymore fat or should i just go all out and cut really well. I like to stay around 12% when bulking.

Cheers

Definitely keep it "clean". Just bump portions when on the bulk. How many calories do you take in for maintenance?

That split works as a start. On a bulk I would add slowly ever few days or week even until I was at about 400-500 above maintenance. Say take 2-4 weeks to add that amount. It's a slower bulk but you won't gain the extra fat.

I've see people bump the protein to 45 and drop fat to 15. I won't be able to give you 100% answers as the area isn't my expertise.

All good bro, any advice is good advice. Last cycle was sust 300. Every meal was high protein high carb and probably high fat, sugar and salt to lol but in saying that i grew like a mother fucker and dropped atleast 5% bf. I want to try and increase that fat loss again withought compromising muscle gain.

Keep your calories as clean as possible. Adding good fats can be very beneficial to growth during bulking.
