What's up everybody? I'm currently 5'6", 170 pounds. I've been training off and on for the past 8 years but I've been training religiously for the past year. I've managed to put on about 15 pounds and gained quite a bit of strength. I'm currently though stuck at a plateau. I'm benching about 260 pounds and I would like to get stronger and I would like to bulk up. What would you recommend in terms of dosing with Dianabol and test props? Should I go with lower dosing or should I start at a higher dose with both?
