bulking for the first time....

ok... here goes... my stats are

Height 5'5
Weight 155 lbs
Bodyfat 9%

I've been a long term CKDer with good results, I've stayed very lean for quite some time and put on some muscle. I've never truly had a bulking cycle since I've always been scared of putting on fat...

ITS TIME TO GET HUGE AND I NEED EVERYONES HELP!!!!!!!!

whats the best way to eat and take in the needed food without filling up like a pig? I need to be able to eat 6 or 7 meals but not stuff myself so I feel sick... thats why I have never bulked before.

Any advice that anyone can give would be great.... on MEALS, SUPPLEMENTS, ETC...

I'm doing it now and already have gone from 155-179 in 3 mo's just by eating clean-key on potatoes,rice,oatmeal,red meat 6 -7 meals a day-also creatine,efa's
 
ok... so i got your weight...

how many meals do you eat a day...
what about timing of them...
do you do cardio as well...?
what type of creatine. etc do you take?
 
my trainer will start me on cardio only when I begin to cut-I eat 6-7 times a day-every 2 1/2 - 3 hrs and use twinlab creatine fuel 3 times a day

See my posts on bulking...i've bee bulking for nearly six weeks now with great results, and little or no fat gain...

One thing I can say is that eating clean makes all the difference in the world....if i eat 3500 clean cals throughout the week, I look fairly dry and hard with good definition.....on the weekends, if I eat the same # of cals only from non-clean food, I gain 2-3 pounds of water and look smooth....the water goes away in a day usually once i start to eat clean again...don't be afraid of taking in calories if they are good ones.....
 
Cozmo, if it's any help at all, and I'm not sure this would apply to you as a CKD man, but the only difference between my cutting and bulking diet is basically portion size. I eat pretty much the same diet year round, but when I'm bulking, I up the portions to fit whatever calorie intake I'm going for. I might add an extra cheat meal per week, but that's it. Then lower the portion size for cutting.
