bulking foods?

SCREW

New member
what are some foods that are good for bulking?

like ones that have a lot of protein, carbs, fat, ect.?

My new protein bars will bro. The original recipe will have 410 cals 26 grams protein(whey) 32 carbs (complex mostly) and around 20 fat(90% omega 3 and 6) 0 trans fat.

Beastly bulking bars. Of course there is way way more to the concept but I will save that for when I start giving out the samples.

tons of red meat, chicken, eggs
oats, rice, yams,
ANPB, fish oil, EVOO
and myabe some icecream if you can fit it in

Fuck well you are at it just make your protein shakes with heavy wiping cream rather then milk, And a few globs of anpb,a sneakers bar,and some quick outs. Throw in a few ice cubs to thin it out and you are good to go.

that would be a shake you could only have post workout
during your anabolic window lol
I've never had a "sneakers" bar b4....
how do those taste?
back in day bodybuilders would bulk up with
heavy whipping cream
in the offseason but this is something i have never tried

I hate candy. I used to like it though. Sneakers is damn good.

Sweet potatoes. Oats. Yams. Omegas. Chicken. Lots of chicken. Fish. Steak. High calorie shakes.

Unless you are a severe ectomorph, i would not use bulking as an excuse to mix carbohydrates and fats together with protein, as this will increase the possibility of fat storage. With this in mind,

I love things like wholewheat pasta with tomato pasta sauce, with chicken and beef.

A simple recipe for this:

200g Wholewheat pasta - cooked al dente.
Tomato pasta sauce to taste.
200-400g of Chicken Breast mince/turkey, Extra lean ground beef
Can of Corn
Green beans.

Pretty simple - cook meat and set aside, season to taste. Cook pasta, drain, rinse and return to cooking pot. Add sauce to pasta, along with can of corn, and diced green beans ( i like about two cups worth of green beans - great for extra fibre). Once thouroughly heated, add meat and stir well.

Season with mixed herbs and serve.
