Bulking Diet While On As???

Hi all :)

What sort of carb foods do you all take while doing a bulking cycle?

Apart from Rice!!! Do you just fill up on bread and pasta?

+ Is it true while on a bulking cycle you can increase your fat intake considerable??

1)Low-GI carbs: oatmeal, brown-rice, yams, beans, sweet-potato , pasta ...but post-workout have very HIGH-GI carbs around weight x 0.3 (or .4 for high metabolism) = post-workout carbs
2)You can increase your fat intake but not so high that you are in the "see-food-diet"...keep fats around weight x 0.65=daily fat intake

If you are taking AS then you really should know more about nutrition first. What is your cycle?? Do you care about bf% or is it an all out bulk??
 
Its ok bulking but remember its only got to come back off when you start to diet.Yes you can go 15 to 20 pounds over your contest weight but any more than that is over doing it,keep it clean with carbs such as oats rice yams sweet potatos and on the weekend have a cheat day.
 
thanks all for your feedback--- I have been doing the last two months seriously on the rice/protein diet and with great results!

I start my AS on Saturday- and think i will add some bread and pasta in every now and then, so i can reach my goal of 4500 cals a day for the first five weeks and then 2500-3000 for the next 6 weeks! + I will allow one cheat day a week! thanks all
