hey all heres the deal, getting ready to start a test cycle and i want to put on mass muscle without gaining body fat!
i'm very prone to fat, example my calorie range for cutting/dieting down is about 2100-1800 per day. i kept a log for a week of my average diet to see what my calorie average to maintain is and about 2300-2500 no change in body weight, 2100 -1800 i lose fat, so the question is how do i eat mass calories to get the most out of my test but not get fat? regardless of cutting or bulk i eat/drink 200-220g of protein a day, i weigh 215 now but i'm still about 15-19%BF and thats down from 235 @ 20% i lost a ton of muscle i know! as well as about 40 lbs on my bench!i talk to some guys in the gym and they are eatting about 4300 cal. a day i would be a fat sow!
i do cardio for about 10-25 minutes 4-5x a week, thats helped the fat lose now i want muscle gain!
