bulking diet on test? (help please!!!!!

hey all heres the deal, getting ready to start a test cycle and i want to put on mass muscle without gaining body fat!
i'm very prone to fat, example my calorie range for cutting/dieting down is about 2100-1800 per day. i kept a log for a week of my average diet to see what my calorie average to maintain is and about 2300-2500 no change in body weight, 2100 -1800 i lose fat, so the question is how do i eat mass calories to get the most out of my test but not get fat? regardless of cutting or bulk i eat/drink 200-220g of protein a day, i weigh 215 now but i'm still about 15-19%BF and thats down from 235 @ 20% i lost a ton of muscle i know! as well as about 40 lbs on my bench!i talk to some guys in the gym and they are eatting about 4300 cal. a day i would be a fat sow!
i do cardio for about 10-25 minutes 4-5x a week, thats helped the fat lose now i want muscle gain!
any help with this problem is greatly apperciated! :chomp:
 
First, post your log.

second, you should be taking it at least weight x 2 in protein if you're keen on bulking while on test.

this was about average for me to lose weight with cardio/maintain without
totals 1940 cal.38.5 g fat 195g carbs,211g pro.


note: the cycle is front load 250mg sustanon,750 test cyp.2weeks
then 750 test cyp. for 12weeks

here is my average daily food intake, i work third shift so the times are kinda strange
330pm kashi cereal with skim milk 230cal,1.5g fat,51g carbs,12g protein
sometimes sub a slimfast meal rep.
drop slim fast forever...
replacethe kashi cereal w/ 1 cup of oats , drop the milk
add 100g protein - should be about 3 scoops protein from protein factory
60%egg/30%caseinate/10%whey


430workout
postworkout, have a protein shake (whey) with 40g dextrose

730 lean chicken rice meal(lean causine)350 cal,9g fat,57g carbs,8g pro.
this is a HORRIBLE meal....don't eat microwave dinners...
replace w/ 2 6oz. chicken breasts, 1 cup of rice, green veggies


730 optimun protein shake with skim milk(fat free) 340 cal, 2g fat, 22g carbs,58g pro.
replace w/ 60%egg/30%caseinate/10%whey (Shake) 50g protein w/ 2 tbsp. UDOs choice
1100pm optimun protein shake with skim milk(fat free) 340 cal, 2g fat, 22g carbs,58g pro.
same as above
1100pm burger pattie no bread 150cal 12 g fat,2g carbs,20g pro.
add a salad
1215am apple 80 cal, 1g fat,18g carbs,0g pro
drop the apple , replace w/ 1/4 cup walnuts

230am optimun protein shake with water in shaker,220 cal., 4g fat,2g carbs,46g pro.
same as 7:30meal

430 4 salomi sticks vending machine( i know they suck!)approx.
150 cal,7g fat, 3g carb,9g pro.
500am apple 80 cal, 1g fat,18g carbs,0g pro
replace w/a shake if you can't get real food in

this was about average for me to lose weight with cardio/maintain without
totals 1940 cal.38.5 g fat 195g carbs,211g pro.
