Bulking diet help please guys

Hi all, ive just started a bulking diet and wanted to know your thoughts on what im eating please.

All advice and criticism are welcome.

213 pounds

BREAKFAST :

3 WEETABIX WITH SEMI SKIMMED MILK
TABLESPOON WITH PEANUT BUTTER
2 SCOOPS PROTEIN SHAKE WITH SEMI SKIMMED MILK

SNACK :
2 BANANAS
YOGURT
1 SCOOP OF PROTEIN WITH TABLE SPOON OF FLAXSEED OIL

LUNCH :
BOWL OF PASTA, TUNA AND MAYO
2 SCOOP OF PROTEIN SHAKE
TABLE SPOON OF FLAXSEED OIL

SNACK :
100G CASHEW NUTS

TEA :
SIRLOIN STEAK 100G
MIXED VEGETABLES
NEW PATATOES
TABLE SPOON OF FLAX OIL

SNACK :
5 WHOLE EGGS


TOTALS :
CALORIES : 4,120
CARBS : 395
FAT : 145
PROTEIN : 265

i dont know what time you hit the gym at bro but meal 2 has alot of simple carbs.
i would eat oatabix instead of wheatabix.
get some chicken into that meal plan instead of a shake.
