Bulking course

best bulking route is to not worry about leanness so much and bulk then cut.You can recomp but the bulking results wont be as drastic.

What's the best bulking course for size and leanness

Eating lots of clean foods. I have been doing a 500-1000 calorie surplus and I'm not really gaining body fat, mainly muscle. Everyone is different though and some people react differently. Personally I'm not a fan of the not worry about body fat gain method as that is very much a new concept. I got a chance to talk to Lee Haney recently and he says it makes him sad to see people buying into that method. He said the best measurement to tell if you're eating too much is to look at your abs, if you can't see them very well then lower your calories. At the same time though you don't want to be too shredded while trying to gain size because it is counter productive.

I ment a steroid course and I'm 8 to 10 % body fat and over 200 pounds I have started lowering my reps like on my deads 1 rep max and squats I'm on an almost red meat diet eating an average of 6000 kal a day but wanna get it to 7 so eating 6 meals a day every 3 hours n having a protein bar or peanuts between each meal but I want to stay at 10% body fat wanna keep my abs

Well keep in mind steroids aren't going to burn fat, I do have an idea in my head though. What's your previous cycle history?
 
Well at the moment I am doing test hep and ttm what's a blend of tren test masterone doing 900mg of test and 300 ttm I have also don anadrol didn't like it because of the Walter retention I'm good for fat I eat very clean and have done for over a year having 1 cheat meal a week
