I ment a steroid course and I'm 8 to 10 % body fat and over 200 pounds I have started lowering my reps like on my deads 1 rep max and squats I'm on an almost red meat diet eating an average of 6000 kal a day but wanna get it to 7 so eating 6 meals a day every 3 hours n having a protein bar or peanuts between each meal but I want to stay at 10% body fat wanna keep my abs
