i have no muscle to cut to. i never said i was bulking. just said to lift heavy get stronger, and eating clean like 100-200 over maintence.. if i do this for a year i will gain alot of LBM and even reduce fat (cardio)
dont worry about cutting the diet you set for yourself its good enough I would really consider it a bulking knor a cutting diet. You have a healthy diet and a kid you age thats all you really need. Have you ever thought about taking supplements???
