hi im having a hard time making a specific mass diet plan.. can anyone help me prepare one??

stats 21 yrs 6'1 150lbs 6-7% bf

i was a distance runner in track so i never focused on gaining mass until now, i would like to get a good diet in order, so that i can see what i can build naturally before attempting to take a cycle.. so.. if anybody can lay me out a clear eating plan, i'll give you great karma!!! you can PM or reply to post.. thanks!!!!!! :Chef:

For your height and weight I wouldn't be too concerned with eating absoloutely clean calories. You'll need tons of protein, carbs and fats to grow. Keep your calories at roughly 25x your bodyweight to start and adjust it either up or down depending on how your body. Eat high calorie, nutrient dense food every 2-3 hours alternating with protein/weight gainer shakes if you don't have much of an appetite. (ProLab N-Large 2 is the only weight gainer shake that I've ever recommended) Food choices: oats, whole eggs, milk, red meat, tuna with olive oil, brown rice, yams, potatos, pasta and protein shakes. Don't worry about junk food, if you feel like having some go ahead. If you see yourself gaining fat just cut back....I'm sure someone will have put up a diet already before I post this, but if not I'll right one out. Good luck.

Dang!! ... bro eat everything in sight!! Just try to make the Majority of your choices nutrient dense foods... some fatty foods won't kill you just keep your running to a minimum (from what you're used to) ... 30 mins a few times a week to keep your heart healthy. I suggest you read the article on bodybuilding diets of the past... it's here in the diet forum somewhere Sassy posted it, excellent stuff!

thx slaughter.. im not so worried about keeping my endurance as im sure my metabolism is through the rough.. also i was prescribed "megestrol ac" for my appetite to help me eat more.. i just wanna get bigg!! im not worried about adding some fat as i could use some anyways! i am cut up to the bone..literally i just want some mass!! karma comin your way!

Just a sample: I'm big into whole eggs and red meat when bulking but chicken and turkey are cheaper if your on a budget. Nothing is really off limits in your case. Pizza, burgers, taco bell are staples in most bodybuilders' off season diets (contrary to what they say in magazines). Go ahead and snack in between meals too.

Meal 1: 1/2 cup steel cut oats with whole milk
4 whole eggs

Meal 2: Protein/Weight Gainer Shake

Meal 3: Can of Tuna in olive oil
2 slices whole wheat bread

Meal 4: Protein/Weight Gainer Shake

Meal 5: 8-16oz. Red Meat
Baked Potato/Yams/Brown Rice

Meal 6: 1 cup Cottage Cheese
Peanut Butter sandwich on whole wheat bread
or
Another Protein/Weight Gainer Shake

Quick reminder for people putting on mass/muscle:

DO NOT ignore cholestorol!! It stimulates our hormones (Testosterone) production... therefore makes us bigger.

no prob broski...

Don't forget to train your ASS off! Otherwise... you'll get fat reallllly quickly!

I reccomend Seapure from the AF store to prevent adipose depositation during caloric surplus.
