Looking to get a thick chest. I like steve’s look on here, don’t want to look like a freak but i want to have a nice V look
My workout program is:
Flat bench press
incline bench press
decline bench press
three sets of weighted push-ups
Dips
cable crossover
how many sets do you recommend and how many repetitions of each and how long do you think it will take me to build a nice chest. I'm 21 years old and I have a really skinny bird chest
Any advice on the best chest exercises to reduce chest fat or bitch tits. Iv been told to concentrate on flys and decline bench press. Is this the best thing to do? Nice 1

My diet is not great but I'm working on it. I'm jus out of prison n having to stay in a hostel type setting n they only provide 1 meal a day so in between I'm eating fast food for convenience. My cycle is test prop 100 eod, winstrol depot 50 eod and Iv jus got my hands on some anavar 50, so taking 1 a day. I'm 5 weeks into cycle.

@Mak10 if you want some good guidance and results we need to see your LOG journal. Start a log and we can help you get results even with 1 meal per day.
If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
