Macro, you have never explained your rationale behind this. You are about the only proponent of dosing at night. Care to give an explanation?
And as far as your 1/4 tab theory, you also seem be the only one to advertise taking such low a dosage. ??????

Half a 2.5mg tab in the morning made my stomach feel so strange I didn't want to eat the entire day. I guess that could be seen as a bonus if dieting but I certainly didn't feel like working out.
I took it for a week, then stopped for just under a week because I felt terrible on it. But since the lump under my nipple wasn't getting any better, I started taking it again. I took half tab in the morning yesterday, before Macro gave me a dosage, and I felt a lot better than if I would have taken a whole tab. Today, I'm going to do it at night. I'll probably take it for another week or two.
If you are using bromo to inhibit the secretion of prolactin, to combat gyno, then I would suggest taking it in the am and pm. This is due to the short half-life of bromo (7hours). The reason why most people don't take it at night, is because it affects there sleep. But if you are going to try it at night anyways I would suggest a 1/4 tab in the morning and 1/4 tab in the evening.
Man I have had nothing but positive experiences with it in terms of sleep. The stuff knocks me out better than ambien for some reason. Very nice unexpected addition to it
I will be getting bromo soon, and running 1/4 tab before bed for about 4 weeks, im doing this to *TRY* and reduce puffy nips (since nolv, armidex, yohimburn, andactrim, yohimbe powder, zinc, b6 -- all did nothing [yea i've tried em all] )
