Bromo once a day or split dosage?

GMS

New member
I was taking bromo 2.5mg a day in the morning, later in the day I feel terrible, tired, sick, etc.
Is it a better idea to take 1/2 tab in the morning and 1/2 before bed?
Or how about one tab right before bed, so I fall asleep with no sides?

What are you using it for? Prolactin inhibition, fat loss, cravings?? I think I remember Macro saying that prolactin level can peak during the night when asleep so it may be best to take it at night. I take it at night for curb the carb cravings plus the stuff knocks me out. Even more so than ambien. You take it for fat loss at night also. Actually I'm not really sure why you would take it throughout the day.

you are using too much

just use 1/4 tab (try at night and am to see what works best for you).... EOD..

after a week you MAY, but probably wont have to. raise to 1/4 tab ED

glad to hear that. I'm starting to do a little research on it after your post on the other board. The Rx price is a little high at one tab per day, but if a pill lasts a week, that's a whole different story :)

bromo is very cheap.. search for bromocriptine and IAS.

macro: Im interested to hear your rationale for this? From what I've read its apparently best to take bromo in the morning, since it's a dopamine agonist and dopamine is naturally high in the morning, supposedly this minimizes the assoicated side effects.
