Briding with anavar and HPTA recovery?

M56M

New member
Well i am not too crazy about bridging myself, becuase i am worried that i will not recover and i don't want to stay on ALL the time to keep the gains.

I am really interested in knowing after you bridge with the ox, say its for 6 weeks after clomid, then go off, will your natural test be recovered enough to help you keep your gains?

I wanted to bridge until my HPTA come back into play. I know OX will not allow me to recover completely but at least enough to keep most of my gains from my larger cycle is what i was thinking.

the var i am planning to use is IP 10mg tabs.

Thank you to all that who reply.

I was thinking the same thing, using the 10mg spanish caps I was thinking of taking 20mg early in the day for the first 4 weeks off, and possibly running a higher dose of clomid or even running it longer than the usual 21 days, I figure it will affect hpta recovery but not sure how much?

I was actually thinking about doing the clomid therapy, and the doing the bridge. Then doing a small clomid therapy(maybe half of the usual) to help HPTA recover even more. Hopefully in return keeping more of my gains.

It would look like this:

Cycle = 10 weeks
clomid = 3 weeks
bridge = 6 weeks
clomid = 1.5 weeks

What do you think? Would this help recover your hpta, and keep gains better than the normal clomid therapy?

I've done anavar several times and I think its matter of feelings. I mean idid 20 mg ED for 8 weeks without clomids. My HPTA was ok. Then another during another bridge I did between 20 and 80 mg ED and did 50 mg of clomids for 5 days. Again I was ok. Usually I would say 20 mg all taken in the morning shouldn't affect your hpta. More than 20 is risky and I would take some clomids. Not a lot but enough to feel ok again.

Should that 20mg all be taken first thing in the morning, or could I do 6am and 10am so it was still in my blood when I train at 4:30pm

There is only ONE WAY you can truly BRIDGE. And I mean
actually let your Test/LH levels recover to about 80%
of normal.
This what I use to bridge. And it does work.

1. 10-20mg Anavar ALL IN THE MORNING UPON
ARISING. If you don't do this, your bridge will
not work.

Its 10mg for BTG,SPA and 20mg for Spanish/IP/Ttokkyo

2. 1mg Arimidex ED. VERY IMPORTANT. Novaldex
WILL NOT WORK.(Decreases estrogen and increases
test levels)

3. 100mg CLOMID ED.(Increases LH function and test levels)

4(Optional): Bromocriptine at 5mgs/day(Blocks prolactin
which has some effect on nat.testosterone up-regulation)
(Insulin, PGF2A, GH and IGF-1 also work)

5. DNP at 100-200mg/day
Whatever dosage you can tolerate that doesn't make you
sweat.

And thats it. You do this for 6 weeks, then
Except the DNP which you only do for 5 weeks

Continue for 2 more weeks, with:

1. Arimidex at 1mg ED
2. Clomid at 100mg ED
3. This is the kicker: NO DNP

Afterthe 6 weeks bridge, your nat, test and LH levels are
about 80% of normal, So, you might lose some muscle.
HOWEVER, you have STOPPED your DNP usage at the
end of Week 5.
It takes 7 days to clear(You are still on Ox at this time)
So, for the following 1-2 weeks(Weeks 7-8) you will get DNP's
famous "Anabolic rebound effect" that will erradicate
ANY potential muscle-loss from the last 2 weeks
w/ no anavar present.
In fact, you tend to gain a 1 or 2 lbs from DNP's effects during the
last 2 weeks, AND you let the water from the DNP recede.

So, basically, this bridge is the only bridge that will let
you both recover, gain muscle, AND lose fat.........hehe :)

Thats science for you. :)

Anyways, this little bridging cycle has been my little secret
fo 1 year now, so now I give it to you :)

Thank You, Needsize, Manny78, Fonz...

Fonz,

Well i appreciate it very much. I have been looking for a good bridge until my Nat. test levels came back into play. So i don't have to jump into another cycle. That is perfect, thank you very much. During this time period how do you keep the calories? Try to maintain the same amount as the cycle or switch to a DNP diet?

Needsize, what do you think about this method? Sounds promising....

You should keep your calories at maintenance. i.e. 15X
bodyweight in pounds, because you don't want to compromise
recovery.
The last 2 weeks(7,8,), you can raise calories to 18X
bodyweight if you so wish to take advantage of the
"anabolic rebound effect".
NEVER go low-calorie. This will compromise recovery.
