Even though Primo is said to work well on low cals I would not go to low as you may end up losing some muscle mass. I would bridge with mod cals then hit a cut cycle and slowly drop the cals. Just my opinion
I agree with Mustang. If you are bridging you will be on awful low doses of Primo so mainting will be hard enough. Keep the calories up, increase the cardio slightly and then hit that beautiful EQ/winny/Fina cycle.
Mantain kcal,use primo and take some clen and zaditen.This will help you:
-Not to loose muscle mass
-Cut a little fat due to gain little muscle and use Clen+Zaditen.
It's just an idea,because I bridge just with clen+zaditen-
