HCGenerate helps with recovery of the HPTA. Bridge helps maintain it, but it's designed with other components in mind such as simulating the effects of a cycle such as increased pumps, focus, strength, sense of well being. It's a "safety net" of sorts.
A lot of guys lose incentive when they're on "nothing" and training lacks. Gains slow down. With BRIDGE, you're alwasys "on" something. It's used exactly like a D-bol bridge, but it is NOT suppressive. Perfect.
Question- let's say you don't cycle on, cycle off, cycle on, cycle off, yada yada. But more of a "spring time cycler". I'm guessing bridge is not needed. just pct hcgenerate, etc?
